Just a few days ago ARRA Honey Pop™ from Namibia arrived in Europe, this was the importer’s first encounter with this variety and it was a delightful surprise for him.

Grapa's New Head of Brand Marketing-Georgios Bitsakos

With over 14 years of experience in the fresh produce industry, Georgios is a passionate advocate for the ARRA varieties and is dedicated to elevating our profile in the global market. In just a short time since he joined the team in summer 2023, as Head of Brand Marketing, his impactful presence has brought a fresh perspective to the Grapa team.

New Grapa Office in Australia Managed by Stephan Nel

Stephan Nel, the fresh face spearheading Grapa's support for ARRA growers in Australia. With his wealth of experience in table grapes and specifically with ARRA varieties in South Africa, Stephan is providing dedicated, personalized technical assistance to drive the success of the newest ARRA generation in Australia's grape industry.

New Agency - H&B Asia​

This year, H&B Asia joined the ARRA World, as our representative in South Korea, fortifying ARRA varieties' expansion in Asia alongside India, China, and Japan, marking a significant stride in our regional growth. The company promotes new varieties with a focus on planting and distribution of fresh produce. H&B Asia are committed to implementing sustainable new technologies throughout the entire value chain from breeder to grower to consumer.

Expanding our Global Nursery Network​

This year marked a significant expansion in our global nursery network, licensing new esteemed facilities in South Africa (African Nurseries) and Australia (Tandem Nurseries and Grafting), including the licensing of the first Nursery for ARRA varieties in New Zealand (Park Rd Nursery). Our commitment to extending these licensed nurseries emphasizes our dedication to meeting diverse growers' needs worldwide, fostering innovation, and cultivating a cohesive community dedicated to agricultural excellence.
