Egypt is the earliest region benefitting from the Early Sweet™ and ARRA varieties, already witnessing a fruitful harvest. This season’s yield seems to be arriving 10 days earlier than it did last year, showcasing significant progress and impressive performance. Both fertility and berries size have surpassed last year’s, with a promising season ahead.
This time of year marks the peak of our dedicated efforts. Currently, Shachar Karniel, the ARRA Varieties breeder is working vigorously in crafting the next generation of ARRA selections. In just two months, we’ll be hosting the Early ARRA Field Days in California, focusing on the ARRA breeding project’s new generation – super early stars. This will be followed by the ARRA Field Day in August, where we’ll proudly showcase the full range of the ARRA brand.
Although the ARRA varieties in Italy are not yet at harvest, this is a busy time for the ARRA Brand in Italy. The Macfrut Exhibition and table grape symposium ganied great local and international intrest, and many showed interest in the ARRA program. Next Stop: Fruitnet Grape Congress in Bari, Italy, on July 4th.
