The 10th International Table Grape Symposium - 2023

The 10th ITGS (international table grape symposium) was held at the beautiful Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West RSA. Over five hundred delegates (49% international and 51% South African), took part to share and learn from the symposium’s main topic: “where science meets industry”.

Grapa Varieties and TopFruit were proud to be among the sponsors of this peak industry event. 

The ARRA Varieties stand was beautifully organized and managed by the TopFruit marketing team. Every day the stand displayed fresh very early and early varieties from Namibia and the Northern Cape. Everyone at the symposium was talking about the ARRA varieties, the only table grapes available for tasting, thereby clearly showing how early these varieties are. On show were ARRA Honey Pop™, ARRA Passion Star™ , ARRA Passion Fire™ and Early Sweet™. Delegates were eager to taste and loved every bite.

The symposium brought together many from all over the world, making it the perfect opportunity to gather ARRA Partners from near and far for an unforgettable evening. This was a wonderful, magical evening, with everything one could ask for: lovely weather, amazing view and perfect atmosphere. Together, at one long table, the ARRA worldwide family enjoyed a special gathering filled with laughter, interesting discussions and delicacies.
